It says in Genesis chapter one verses one,two and three: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was was hovering over the waters. And God said, ‘let there be light,’ and there was light.” All of chapter one is about creation: how God created the world and all of life through His spoken Word He created all things from nothing. That same power is still working today, and God wants to speak light and life into our lives. He wants to speak light and life into our lives hardships,.
“By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.” Hebrews 11:3
Because we know that God created this world out of nothing by His spoken word, we can also know that as He speaks to us that His power is working in our lives.
We do not understand all the implications of what is going on around us. We can not see the beginning from the end like it says in the Bible that God can. It says that God holds the world together in his hand. Daily stresses wear us down so all we see are problems and hardships.
Focusing too much on these things can pull us away from a right relationship with God.
God is speaking to us all the time through the Holy Bible, His still small voice, and in many other ways, and if we are listening we can hear Him. Find out what God is saying and start saying and praying what he is saying, and the power that created this world will be active in our lives changing things from the inside out. Calling something out of nothing.
